Bartra Wants a Defensive Aubame
Borussia Dortmund defender Marc Bartra wants to see Pierre Emerick Aubameyang stay at Westfallen Stadium.
The Gabonian striker ended the 2016/17 season, with the Bundesliga top-scoring title. These achievements make him a lot of the target of top European clubs.
Liverpool, Chelsea and AC Milan are reportedly interested in signing the player, with one CSL Tianjin Quanjian club even having made an offer of 80 million pounds in order to bring the 28-year-old player.
Bartra himself hopes the player will stay at BVB, and stressed the importance of Aubameyang’s role for the team.
“I certainly hope Aubameyang survive,” said the former Barcelona defender told reporters.
“He is important not only because of the goals he created, but also because of the passion he gave to the team.”
